When I graduated from Lehigh they called my name, and I went up and shook the hands. After that I went to the tent in the back to get my diploma. Instead of my
diploma I got a letter saying that due to a typographical error it was being reprinted and would be mailed to me. It never came and when I called to follow up
they sent me one that says duplicate copy on the bottom. I guess it's no big deal, but it would be nice if my only copy of my diploma didn't say
duplicate copy on it.

That's bush league, especially considering how much tuition costs at the graduate level.
